NC Expedition

The NC Expedition is designed to be slightly more physically challenging for our older campers and offers a broader range of adventure activities than most of our camps! This course starts at SOAR’s Balsam Base in the mountains of the Blue Ridge outside of Asheville and slowly makes its way across the state of North Carolina to Bear Island in Hammock’s Beach State Park with a multi-day stop at the world class US National Whitewater Center. Campers will get to try so many different outdoor adventure activities they’ll lose count!
